Hosting Plans and SupportRacing River hosts Websites on commercial Apache (Linux) or MS servers. All servers are supported 24/7/365 by onsite staff and are backed up weekly to offsite locations. Our servers are leased from reliable and secure companies in the US. Uptime is typically >99.5%*. Our yearly hosting fees include 3 hours of maintenance for each domain, a $210 value. Maintenance includes changes in text, images or other minor changes not requiring design changes. For non-emergency support requests, Racing River is available by email at or phone 8AM - 6PM, Monday through Friday. Emergency requests can always be submitted via phone to (978) 270-6877. *Uptime for hosting services is based on historical performance and cannot be guaranteed.
