Advertise with the Newburyport Mothers Club

Thank you for inquiring about advertising in the Newburyport Mothers Club newsletter.  Our current membership is over 600 families with young children.  About half of our members are from Newburyport and the rest live in the surrounding communities.  We hope that by advertising with us you'll be able to introduce your business to our members.

Please note, we only accept electronic submissions of ad media.

Payment is due in full upon ad placement. You may pay online after filling in the submission form below. Make sure to fill in your business name, the length of the ad term, and your name.

Ad Submission Deadline

To place an ad please submit no later than the 1st of the month preceding the month you wish your ad to run. Upon placement of ad and payment made in full, advertisers will receive a newsletter emailed to them in a .PDF format.  Advertisers who purchase 6-month and 12-month contracts will receive a hard-copy of the newsletter mailed to place of business.  If contract holders wish to be green and opt out of their hard-copy, please our contact Ad Representative at .

Ad Size and Format Specifications

Ads must be submitted using our submission form as graphic images in jpeg, gif or tif format.

Pixel height and width dimensions correponding to the ad page size are shown below in the Rate Table.

Only submissions that meet these requirements will be accepted.

Ad rates as of September, 2007
* An advertising discount of 10% applies to NMC members.
* Business advertisers can receive a 10% discount for placing 6 months of ads and a 15% discount for placing 12 months of ads. Payment is due in full upon first ad placement.
* Ad sizes are show below rates as (width by height) in pixels

All ad placements will be determined by the Desk Top Publisher in an appropriate layout for the newsletter. Due to monthly changes to content, we can not guarantee special page placement/location to any advertiser.
